Counselling

Our 30 minute consultations are an opportunity for you to get a feel for what counselling will be like. In our consultation you can get a sense of our therapeutic style and the modalities used in a full length counselling session.

Access to mental health support should be available to people at different stages of life and financial circumstances. For this reason, I offer a limited number of low-cost therapy sessions at a reduced rate of $100 per session.
These spots are intended for individuals who may benefit from therapy but are experiencing financial barriers to accessing care. Low-cost sessions provide the same compassionate, trauma-informed support as my standard sessions and may be particularly helpful for those seeking support with stress, life transitions, emotional regulation, or personal growth.
Because these spaces are limited, they are offered on a case-by-case basis and may involve a brief conversation to determine fit and availability. These sessions are intended for short-term support and are typically offered for 6-8 sessions, after which we review next steps together.

For clients interested in EMDR therapy, I offer a structured 6-session EMDR Therapy Package designed to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation.
EMDR can be especially helpful for individuals who have previously engaged in talk therapy but are looking for a different approach that incorporates the body and nervous system in the healing process.
The first sessions focus on understanding your history and building grounding and regulation skills, followed by EMDR reprocessing to help reduce the emotional impact of past experiences.
To support consistency and meaningful progress, the EMDR Therapy Package is offered at $185 per session with a minimum commitment of six sessions.
Yoga and Meditation

Sit With It is a three-part series created for Black and BIPOC women who want to feel more grounded in their bodies by developing a yoga and meditation practice of their own.
Each session centers body, breath, and mind through gentle movement and meditation. No pressure. No perfection. Just space to slow down, soften, and start where you are. This series invites you to sit with your experiences — not fix or force them — and find presence at your own pace.
