Counselling

  • Sessions are 60 mins, and can include a combination of any or all of the methods listed. Together with your therapist you will create individually catered goals to address your current concerns. All modalities are utilized from a trauma-informed perspective.

  • Groups can include a combination of specific topic matters, various coping strategies and community building.

  • Our 30 minute consultations are an opportunity for you to get a feel for what counselling will be like. In our consultation you can get a sense of our therapeutic style and the modalities used in a full length counselling session.

Yoga and Psychoeducation

  • Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, we invite you to reconnect with your body and mind. Support your journey with psychoeducation resources curated to deepen your understanding of mental health and self-care practices.

    Please share details about your session space, so your facilitator can prepare any necessary props, such as yoga mats, chairs, bolsters, blocks, or blankets.

    Modalities include:

    Guided breathwork

    Kids yoga

  • We provide small groups and organizations with diverse psychoeducational services, resources, and programs to improve psychological safety, anti-racism education, and employee mental health and wellness.

    This can be combined with yoga modalities.

    This can be presented as a series or a one-time workshop.
