Black Lotus Mental Wellness

Black Lotus Mental Wellness was founded by Deshawna Dookie, MSW, RSW, RYT — an EMDR therapist and certified yoga teacher offering virtual therapy for Black and Racialized women across Ontario and in person in Toronto. Specializing in EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, mindfulness, and somatic healing, Deshawna supports women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, and the weight of carrying it all alone. Because healing should honour your body, your culture, and your story.
