Free 15-Minute Consultation

Every new client relationship starts here. The consultation is designed to give us real space to connect. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and for me to assess whether my approach and your needs are a good fit.

It also allows for an initial readiness assessment, so if you're interested in EMDR, we can talk honestly about where you are and what the process would look like for you.

Think of it as a small taste of what it might feel like to work together.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for clients who want ongoing support without a specific focus on EMDR protocol, but want a therapeutic space to process what they're navigating.

This is ideal if you're working through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, or just need a consistent space to slow down. Sessions may draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and attachment-based approaches — depending on what serves you best.

To support meaningful and lasting change, I typically recommend meeting weekly or biweekly at the start of therapy. Consistent appointments help build momentum, deepen our work together, and create a dedicated space for growth, healing, and reflection.

Low-Cost Therapy Program

I believe that financial barriers shouldn't be the reason someone can't access care. This program is offered in limited capacity — I take on 1–2 low-cost clients at a time — for individuals who are experiencing genuine financial hardship.

Eligibility is based on a good-faith self-assessment using the Anti-Oppressive Rate Structure developed by Kenya Crawford. This framework asks you to reflect honestly on factors like homeownership, access to insurance, debt, citizenship, disposable income, and family financial support.

If you relate to 3 or more of the eligibility questions, you may qualify for a spot or be added to the waitlist.

This program is not typically recommended for clients seeking EMDR, as EMDR requires a minimum weekly commitment that this program's structure may not fully support.

EMDR Therapy Package

This is where the deeper work happens. The EMDR package is a structured series of weekly sessions that takes you through the full 8-phase EMDR protocol — from history-taking and resourcing all the way through reprocessing and integration.

The first sessions focus on understanding your story, building grounding skills, and preparing your nervous system. When you're ready, we gently begin reprocessing. There's no rushing. We go at your pace.

Best for: Clients navigating trauma, feeling stuck despite previous therapy, or wanting a guided, structured approach to processing specific experiences.

Requires: Weekly commitment for a minimum of 6 sessions.

Extended EMDR Sessions

Sometimes 60 minutes isn't enough. You're just starting to settle into the work and the session ends. Extended sessions give you the space to go deeper without the feeling of being cut off mid-process.

These are designed for clients who are already engaged in EMDR work and want more room to process, or for those whose experiences require more spacious, unhurried attention.

Best for: Clients already in the EMDR process who want deeper sessions, or those who find 60 minutes too brief for the depth of their current goals.

EMDR Intensives

For some clients, weekly sessions aren't the most effective path — either because of scheduling, because they're ready for deeper immersion, or because they want to move through the process in a more concentrated timeframe. That's what intensives are for.

An EMDR Intensive is a structured, multi-hour experience that allows us to stay with the work for longer, move through it with greater continuity, and give your nervous system time to integrate before you leave.

Unlike weekly sessions where you might leave mid-process and carry difficult emotions for a full week, intensives let us work through the full arc — opening, processing, and closing — in a single, supported container.

What makes my intensives different: I don't just offer EMDR in a longer format. I integrate somatic practices such as meditation, breathwork, and restorative yoga practices into the experience, supporting your body and nervous system throughout the day.

Sit With It: Monthly Nervous System Reset
$25 / Session

Not everything has to start with therapy. Sometimes the first step is simply learning how to slow down.

Sit With It is a 60-minute psychoeducational wellness workshop for Black and Racialized women who want to feel more grounded in their bodies. Each session centers body, breath, and mind through guided meditation and gentle practices which help to reset the nervous system.

No therapy experience needed. No pressure. No perfection. Just an intentional space to slow down and start where you are.

Who this is for: Women exploring somatic practices for the first time. Current or past therapy clients wanting ongoing integration. Anyone curious about mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and somatic connection but not yet ready for one-on-one therapy.

Please note this is not psychotherapy, does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and is not intended to diagnose or clinically treat mental health conditions. If you have questions or concerns about attending as a past or present therapy client, please reach out through our contact form here.

Ways to work together

You've been strong for a long time. EMDR isn't about proving that or questioning it — it's about giving your body the chance to finally let go of what it's been holding. If something in you has been whispering that there's more to healing than talking it through, trust that. That whisper brought you here.
