They are designed to explore your needs, assess readiness, and determine whether this approach feels like the right fit, rather than offering a quick or surface-level introduction.

All psychotherapy sessions are currently virtual and available to clients in Ontario, Canada.
Some EMDR intensives may be offered in person depending on availability and preference.

It’s open to current, past, and potential clients, and can be a gentle entry point into this work.
