I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time or if past experiences haven't felt like the right fit. I want you to know that this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal in our first conversation is simply to listen, to understand what you're looking for, and to help you figure out a plan that feels most aligned for you.

There's no pressure here. Just a conversation.

*Consultations are 30 minutes for $30 — a real conversation to explore what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

Good to Know

  • Location

    Sessions are available virtually to clients in Ontario on Sundays 11-3pm, Mondays 6:30-9pm, Thursdays 6:30-9pm. Limited in person sessions are available in Toronto, on Saturdays for Individual Therapy as well as EMDR Intensives.

  • Booking platform

    I use Jane App for scheduling. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details after booking.

  • Cancellation policy

    24 hours' notice required or the full session fee applies. One-time courtesy exception offered.

  • Insurance

    I don't accept direct insurance, but I can provide receipts for reimbursement submission.
