Sit With It‍ ‍

A gentle invitation for monthly reflection— a letter for Black and Racialized women who are learning to slow down, reconnect, and care for themselves more intentionally.

Two women with curly hair sitting on a beige couch, smiling and talking indoors near a window with curtains.

Each month, you’ll receive something to sit with— reflections on rest, nervous-system care, mindfulness, and mental wellness, plus gentle practices, resources, and Black Lotus updates on offers, workshops and events.

A monthly letter featuring:

  • Something to Sit With — a thoughtful reflection on rest, relationships, identity, healing, and mental wellness.

  • Gentle practices to come back to yourself— mindfulness, grounding, breathwork, and nervous-system care you can weave into everyday life.

  • Resources for your mental wellness — articles, tools, and reflections to support you wherever you are.

  • Invitations to Sit With It— monthly meditation sessions, workshops, groups, and other Black Lotus offerings.

  • Support for your ongoing practice — occasional reminders and resources to help you pause, check in, and reconnect with yourself.
