Sit With It is a three-part yoga and meditation series focused on building a wellness practice centered on body, breath, and mind. This workshop is slow-paced, beginner-friendly, and deeply aware of how hard it can be to "stick with" wellness routines when your brain works differently. Guided by Yoga & Meditation Instructor Deshawna Dookie, you will walk away with the tools to start your own yoga and meditation practice from home or for on the go. Each part of the series builds on the last. Attend one or all three.
